1. When will my order be processed?

2. How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs. Delays can occasionally happen, but we do our best to ensure timely delivery.
3. Can I get next-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer next-day or express shipping, as most of our items ship from international warehouses.
4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time via our Tracking Page.
5. Why is my tracking number not working?
Tracking numbers may take 1–3 days to become active. If it’s still not working after that, feel free to contact us at support@wibzoo.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
6. What if I don’t receive my order within the estimated time?
