Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Instead of returning items, we ask that you please send us a clear picture of the item you received. Once reviewed, we’ll process your refund in full. This helps us reduce unnecessary shipping emissions and stay true to our commitment to sustainability, since every return shipment adds to the carbon footprint.

To start a refund request, simply contact us at support@wibzoo.com with your order details and pictures of the item.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for refunds, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not issue refunds for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Since we don’t require returns, we don’t process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund for your item, and then place a new order for the item you prefer.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you still have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, we’ll simply require a picture of the item along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed the pictures of your item and approved your request, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
